Sandvik Materials Technology, a world-leading developer and producer of advanced stainless steels and other high-performance materials, has launched an online e-commerce system, through which existing customers in the USA can check their orders via a self-management interface.
The new systems inventory aims to enable users to browse the Sandvik stock range of high-performance materials via an easy-to-use interface which is designed to save time for the customer.
The self-service interface will enable customers to handle post-sale items, make inquiries, find products, access statistics and quotes, determine order progress and access paperwork.
