TNA launches vertical form fill system

TNA, whose US office is located in Coppell, Texas, has launched a new vertical form fill and seal (VFFS) system with full wash-down functionality following the acquisition of Sabalpack, an Italian manufacturer of all stainless steel VFFS technology for the fresh and frozen sector, bought by TNA earlier in 2016.

Featuring a hygienic design, the TNA Arctic 3 is able to run efficiently in hostile wet and cold processing environments. Central to the design of the kit is the system’s A2 (AISI 304) stainless steel, corrosion-resistant cubicle, which aims to ensure that key components like motors, vacuum pump and sealing jaws are fully protected from any dirt or water ingress.
