Renishaw, a world leader in the field of additive manufacturing, recently opened the doors of its North American Additive Manufacturing Center in Kitchener, ON. Renishaw has solutions centers operating in Canada, the United Kingdom, India and Shanghai.
Renishaw hopes that this latest solution center will help break down the entry barriers for Canadian companies hoping to bring additive manufacturing to their production process.
Marc Saunders, Director – Global Solutions Centers at Renishaw, also took the opportunity at the opening to introduce the company’s newly launched additive technology, the RenAM 500M system, a laser powder bed fusion additive manufacturing system designed for the production of metal components on the factory floor.
