New solar-powered penstock from Ham Baker

Flow control specialist Ham Baker, with a US office located in Missouri, has unveiled a new range of solar-powered penstocks, which can be retrofitted to existing manually-operated systems for the control of liquid flow. The penstocks are available in all grades of stainless steel (including Duplex), traditional cast iron, aluminium or plastics, to suit the application.

This new Ham Baker penstock is designed with a self-cleaning solar panel for maximum capture, offering a life cycle of 25 years, with a minimum of 10-years life for the panelÂ’s almost maintenance-free batteries. The group supplies products and solutions to water and wastewater industries, industrial and process applications, irrigation, flood defence and more.
