French aircraft manufacturer Airbus, with production and manufacturing facilities in the United States and globally, has selected Karnataka-based Aequs Aerospace to supply over 100,000 titanium-machined parts for its new aircraft A320Neo. With this partnership Aequs will become the only Indian partner of Airbus to supply titanium parts.
Aequs Aereospace, the subsidiary of Belagavi-based Aequs Private Limited, will perform the work at its aerospace machining facility at the Special Economic Zone.
