Fonon Corporation of Lake Mary, Florida, recently announced three major hardware technology updates to its laser cutting systems: Direct Drive Motion System advancements; CleanCut technology; and adaptive thin-to-thick laser beam shaping. The technology is aimed at benefiting businesses that need to precisely cut highly reflective metals, such as titanium and nickel, at production-level speed.
Manufacturers which cut and engrave highly-reflective metals will particularly benefit from the new advancements, including producers of construction equipment, food processing equipment and materials used in the aerospace and defense industries.
