The distributor of metalworking and maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) products and services to industrial customers throughout North America, MSC Industrial Supply Co., is expanding its Accupro® portfolio of high-performance metalworking products for small, precise applications.
Designed to enhance cutting tool accuracy, drive performance and extend tool life, this new line adds more than 3,000 new precision-engineered metalworking tools to the existing 20,000 Accupro products MSC currently offers.
MSC’s existing Accupro product offerings include standard-sized end mills and drills engineered for optimal productivity in specific materials and applications. The new range of Accupro end mills and drills can be used on hard-to-machine work piece materials such as stainless steels, hardened steels, aluminum and composites.
In addition, MSC is enhancing its collection of Accupro with coolant through and dual-contact tool holders made for aggressive, high-torque machining applications. The new Accupro tool holders are designed to extend the life of the tools and enhance the accuracy and efficiency of the machine tool spindle.
