Piping Systems expanding, adding jobs

The pipe fabrication company, Piping Systems, has recently experienced significant growth at its Hortonville, Wisconsin and is currently working on a 65,000-square-foot expansion, which is slated to be complete at the end of this year. More than 80 percent of the companyÂ’s products, offered in stainless steel and carbon steel, go to their clients in the ever-growing oil, gas and energy sectors.

“Fueled by the award of a major contract, we are now able to complete the second phase of our three-phase expansion plan,” stated Jeff Bunker, president of Piping Systems. “The expansion will enable PSI to hire both skilled UA trades labor and support staff to meet the needs existing customers as well as future ones.”

The Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation has authorized up to $350,000 in economic development tax credits over three years to support the project and the company has agreed to create 119 new, full-time positions during that time.
