The portfolio company of CIVC Partners, EN Engineering (ENE), has acquired Russell Corrosion Consultants (RCC).
ENE, headquartered in Warrenville, Illinois, offers energy-focused professional services that focus on providing engineering, consulting and automation to the natural gas, liquid petroleum and electric industrial markets. RCC is a corrosion control engineering and consulting firm that provides corrosion evaluations and cathodic protection design services. It is a complimentary acquisition for ENE because it will give further end-market, customer and geographic diversification.
Rick Grant, RCC’s current principal will remain in place and continue to oversee current customer relationships and become a shareholder of ENE now that the acquisition has taken place.
