Advanced Emissions Solutions, a holding entity for a family of companies providing emissions solutions, has announced that Jean Bustard is being promoted to President of ADA-ES, one of Advanced Emissions’ affiliated companies that supplies Activated Carbon Injection systems for mercury control.
Before this appointment, Ms. Bustard was the CEO of ADA-ES and spearheaded the company’s efforts to prepare for the Mercury Air Toxics Standard (MATS) market. She was instrumental in winning more than half of all awards made for Activated Carbon Injection systems and has made over $100 million in equipment awards.
Ms. Bustard co-founded ADA-ES in 1997 and is recognized as one of the leading experts in the world on air pollution control and was even named as one of the 100 Global Inspirational Women in Mining.
