Innovative stainless steel nozzle

New on the market is the Stainless Steel Nex Flow™ Air Edger™ Flat Jet Nozzle, which provides a powerful force while also reducing compressed air use for a number of different “blow off” applications.
The nozzle is 2-inches wide with the gap maintained by a shim that can be changed or adjusted for a certain force if needed for particular use. Options include a light blow off to a powerful blow off force. Since it is made of 316L stainless steel, it is suitable for use in highly corrosive and high temperature environments across a variety of industries from chemical to pharmaceutical.
The unit works by producing a laminar flow of air along its 2-inch length using the “Coanda” effect, which entrains a large volume of air from the surrounding area along with a small amount of compressed air from the nozzle itself to produce an amplified output. The units could even be placed side-by-side to give an even stronger blowing force over wide lengths.
Just some of the many advantages include a lower air consumption and decreased noise levels just to name a few.
