Copano has executed a long-term, fee-based gathering and processing agreement with a major producer in the Eagle Ford play which will support the expansion combined with previously announced producer commitments.

A previously announced expansion play for an initial 400,000Mcf per day cryogenic processing expansion at the complex is expected to be in service at the beginning of 2013.
