New CEO for Trinity Steel

William J. Moran has been named president and chief executive officer of Trinity Steel Fabricators, Inc., effective 3 January 2011. Moran’s most recent position was with a private equity firm that specialized in advising on the acquisition and integration of energy service companies. In addition to various positions with Baker Hughes and Dresser Industries, he has served as vice president and general manager of Europe, Africa and Russia for Cameron International Inc. Moran will succeed Roy Karnes, who will retire from his position after 19 years but remain with the company as vice chairman of the Board and as liaison to several of Trinity’s major customers. Trinity is a provider of structural steel fabrication services for the power, energy, construction and engineering, petrochemical, diversified chemical and power industries.
