Universal Stainless & Alloy Products Inc. has announced that Mr Dennis M Oates, the company’s president & CEO since 2008, has assumed the additional post of Chairman of the Board of Directors. He succeeds Mr Clarence M McAninch, who retired from the Board at the Shareholders’ Meeting in May, in line with the Company’s policy on mandatory age limitations for Directors.
