Cyber Series drills for stainless

ITC has launched its 1031 and 1032 Cyber Series drills, which can machine accurate holes in a variety of steels, stainless steels, cast iron, titanium, nickel-based materials and non-ferrous alloys. The new solid carbide series of drills has a short flute length and rigidity that ensures hole accuracy. The 1031 and 1032 Cyber Series drills both have a 3XD effective drill length, with an Altin coating. Both drill series are identical except for the through-coolant facility in the 1032 Cyber Series; this facility incorporates internally twisted holes to direct coolant straight to the cutting edge. Produced from wear-resistant micro-grain carbide, the 1031 and 1032 drills are available from 3mm to 12mm in 0.1mm increments and from 12mm to 20mm in diameter in 0.5mm increments. The flute lengths range from 20mm to 79mm, with an overall length from 62mm up to 131mm on the 20mm drill.
