Ohio-based B’laster Corp. has announced that their former B’laster product Extends Tool Life has been re-formulated and changed to Cut ‘N Cool (CNC), an extreme duty cutting oil. Cut ‘N Cool is a light colored cutting oil containing sulfur, chlorine, wetting and anti-weld agents. Formulated to perform in the most demanding metal removal applications, Cut “N Cool is suited for stainless steels and other hard alloys. Cut ‘N Cool’s petroleum base will help to prevent rust on machinery, tooling and materials. The new formula has a higher flash point and meets even the most stringent environmental regulations. The product is suitable for carbon steels, cast iron, aluminum, stainless steel, aircraft steel, and all other metals, and can be used for grinding on tool steels and carbide.
