All metal tubing is electrolytically cut and deburred, then cleaned with high pressure, micro-filtered steam from deionized water, which removes both organic and inorganic contaminants. Pre-cut stainless tubing comes in 1/32in OD (IDs of .005, .010, and .020in) and 1/16in OD (IDs of .005, .010, .020, .030, and .040in) offered in various lengths and quantities per package (2, 10, 50, 100). 1/8in OD stainless is available in custom lengths with IDs of .030, .040, .060, .070, and .085in.
