Black Diamond acquires equipment

Black Diamond Income Fund is paying CAN 11 million for a fleet of oil and gas surface rental equipment. The seller was not named, but Black Diamond said the 800 pieces of equipment include storage tanks, containment systems and ancillary equipment for oil and gas drilling and production locations. The acquisition at a price is expected to add immediately to cash flow per unit at a rate of CAN 4 million annually.
