Cormon designs and manufactures subsea and surface sand and corrosion sensors, as well as flow integrity monitoring systems, used in oil and gas production systems. Teledyne Technologies is a provider of electronic subsystems, instrumentation and communication products, engineered systems, aerospace engines, and energy and power generation systems. The acquired business will operate under the name Teledyne Cormon Ltd.
