Triple-S Steel Holdings, Inc., of Houston, TX, has acquired the assets of Industrial Material Corp. (IMC). The sale was effective early November 2025.
Galveston, Texas-based IMC has been supplying steel materials and hardware across Galveston County since 1958 with responsive, knowledgeable and flexible service. According to Triple-S Steel, they share these values and will provide the same dependable commitment to customers in the area.
Triple‑S Steel is one of the nation’s largest family-owned steel service centers with 50-plus locations across North America and Colombia. They offer structural steel, tubing, specialty metals, and processing to customers in construction, manufacturing, and infrastructure.
