Roll-Kraft has appointed Mike Samplak as its Plant Manager at the Mentor, Ohio headquarters facility.
Samplak has been with the company for 17 years, having started as a machine operator. Since then, he has worked in nearly every department of the plant, giving him the experience and wisdom necessary to oversee each operator. He also learned the best processes for producing and providing high quality tooling to the tube & pipe and roll forming industry.
As plant manager, Samplak will be working with the Roll-Kraft engineers to identify and confirm what are often very precise size tolerances in design, working with purchasing of parts and materials for customer orders, assigning and scheduling production for Roll-Kraft’s CNC machines, and supervising the shipping department. He will also coordinate roll tooling production with the tryout teams.
