Tenaris’s torque turn monitoring service has been used for the running of 50 million feet of OCTG in more than 2,500 jobs in the US and Canada. The service stands out in the market by providing real-time torque data collection and analysis at the well.
Managed on-site by Tenaris field service specialists, its advanced technology ensures precision in well construction operations, as it enhances the reliability of the connection make-up, reduces the risk of errors, and improves the overall integrity of the assembly. The system also boosts operational efficiency and quality control, ensuring that casing installation meets the highest standards. With an average of 160 jobs currently performed each month in North America, the service has significantly improved operating efficiencies and simplified the tubular running process for customers.
The torque turn monitoring service is included within the WISer™ suite of technical services that Tenaris is introducing to support well integrity under its Rig Direct® service program.
