TRUMPF Inc., a manufacturer of laser technology for industrial applications, has appointed Justin Gasparovich as the head of multi-axis technical services.
He will be reporting to technical service manager Alex Herrera at the TRUMPF Inc. Laser Technology Center in Plymouth, Mich.
In this role, Gasparovich is responsible for the oversight of service department operations in North America, expanding service processes, monitoring field service technician missions, and resolving technical and operational problems for customers.
Gasparovich has been with the company for two and a half years and was previously a project & product manager at TRUMPF Inc. Before that, he worked as an engineer at a medical equipment manufacturing company. Gasparovich earned a Master of Science degree and Bachelor of Science degree, both from the University of Michigan, College of Engineering.
