Valbruna ASW Inc. is a premier specialty steel-making facility located in Welland, Ontario, offering a unique combination of carbon, stainless, and other specialty steel making capabilities. Producible steel grades include 10xx series carbon steel; 300 and 400 series stainless steel; 4100, 4300, 8600, and 9000 series alloy steel; and A36/44W high strength, low alloy steel. Valbruna ASW can produce billet (115 X 115mm, 130mm x 130mm and 147mm x 147mm) and bloom (200 X 250 mm) products to 40′ maximum length.
Valbruna ASW Inc. is the a business expected to receive $50 million from the Ontario government, as part of a greenhouse supply chain fund. It is Canada’s only manufacturer of specialty steel products, including carbon, alloy and stainless steel.
