Michlin Metals turns 30

The Northbrook, Illonois-based Michlin Metals is celebrating 30 years of being a premier supplier of nickel, commercial and aircraft alloys to the aerospace industry.
The female-owned company has striven to offer top quality metals and services. In order to achieve this, the facility was AS 9120 and ISO 9001 certified in 2013 and has even moved to a larger headquarters within Northbrook to give them more space to grow. The specialty steel and aerospace metal supplier aims to offer material that fits the customer’s exact specifications such as heat treating, grinding, turning or even cutting to length.

Michael Bennett, director of business development at Michlin Metals, commented, “We are very excited to celebrate Michlin’s 30th birthday this year and wanted to thank all of our loyal customers. He continued, “From the 80s till now, we are glad to serve the needs of the aerospace/defense industries with specialty stainless steels and aerospace metals.”
