RMTL is having state of the art manufacturing facilities at Indrad (near Ahmedabad) and at Kutch in the state of Gujarat, India.

The manufacturing facility at Kutch is equipped with modern manufacturing machines such as Hot Extrusion Press, Tube Mills (TIG and Laser) with On-Line Bright Annealing, Eddy Current Testing, Tube Mills (TIG and Plasma) for Stainless Steel Welded Pipes, High Speed Draw Benches, Off-Line Bright Annealing, Off-Line Press for manufacturing large diameter EFW (Electric Fusion Welding) pipes and Pipes with external Coating facility.  

The manufacturing facility at Indrad is dedicated to manufacture Stainless Steel and Nickel Alloy Seamless Heat Exchanger Tubes and Instrumentation Tubes. The facility is equipped with new generation high speed Pilger Mills, Off-Line Bright Annealing, High Speed Draw Benches etc. 

Both the manufacturing facilities are laid down to manufacture extra long length tubes with a developed length of 40 meters.

The product manufactured passes through a series of comprehensive mandatory and customer specified supplementary tests by qualified personnel.

The Inspection and Testing facilities such as Mechanical Testing, Chemical Analysis, Corrosion Testing, Ultrasonic Testing, Eddy Current Testing, Air Under Water Testing, Hydro Testing, Real Time Radioscopy (for Welded Pipes) etc. are in house. The Quality Assurance Laboratories at Kutch and Indrad works are accredited to ISO 17025.

The Quality Management System is accredited to ISO 9001:2008. The manufacturing facilities are also having Certifications and Approvals such as ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001:2007, AD 2000 Merkblatt W0, Pressure Equipment Directive (PED), NORSOK M-650, DNV Shop Approval, ISO 3834, License for using API 5LC Monogram, Well-known  Tube / Pipe Maker by Indian Boiler Regulatory Authority etc.

RMTL manufactures wide range of products as below:

Stainless Steel Welded and Seamless Heat Exchanger Tubes –  1/2” OD to 4” OD. 

Stainless Steel Welded pipes –  ¼ NPS to 48 NPS

Seamless pipes pipes – upto 2 NPS 

Stainless Steel Seamless Instrumentation Tubes – 3mm OD to 1” OD.

Titanium Welded Tubes – ½” OD to 11/2” OD 

RMTL also supplies products with closer dimensional tolerance, special chemistry upon request. Tubes and Pipes can be supplied as per ASTM, EN, JIS, GOST and Customer specific requirements.
